Our Cottages
At La Petite Toscane, we offer two charming holiday cottages: Le Néflier and Les Lavandes.
Designed symmetrically, they provide the same level of comfort, layout and atmosphere. Each cottage features a bright living space, a mezzanine, and direct access to the garden, swimming pool and outdoor areas.
They can accommodate up to 4 guests and are equally suited for couples or families.
Identical comfort
Both cottages include:
• a fully equipped kitchen
• a comfortable living area
• a mezzanine and a separate bedroom
• a bathroom with toilet
• access to the swimming pool
• landscaped outdoor spaces (terrace, summer kitchen, plancha, pétanque, table tennis, hammock)
• private parking area
• open views over the Quercy Blanc countryside
The cottages can be rented separately or together, making them ideal for group stays while preserving privacy.
A layout adapted to your needs
Both cottages offer the same atmosphere and level of comfort, but differ slightly in their layout.
In Le Néflier, the main bedroom features a double bed, while the mezzanine includes two single beds.
In Les Lavandes, the layout is reversed: two single beds in the bedroom and a double bed on the mezzanine.
Each cottage also offers complementary equipment:
• Les Lavandes include a dishwasher
• Le Néflier is equipped with a washing machine
The cottages can be rented separately or together, making them ideal for group stays while still preserving privacy.
This layout is particularly well suited for two families or a group of friends, as each can choose the cottage that best fits their needs (children, couples, sleeping arrangements).
Renting both cottages together allows you to enjoy shared moments while maintaining a genuine sense of independence in your day-to-day stay.
